Local Akron is operated by SignalForge. By using this site or purchasing a listing, you agree to these terms and Google’s Google Maps Terms when viewing Google Maps content.

Permitted use

Do not use Local Akron unlawfully, fraudulently, for spam, to infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe security, scrape the service, or misrepresent ownership of a business.

Listings and content

You must provide accurate information and have rights to every photo or other item submitted. You grant SignalForge a limited license to host and display submitted content to operate your listing. SignalForge retains ownership of Local Akron software, editorial content, documentation, and branding.

Payments

Paid listings are digital advertising and directory services supplied for the stated six-month term. They are not merchandise and do not include physical goods or shipping. Our payment provider processes checkout, receipts, applicable taxes, disputes, and refunds.

Availability and termination

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. SignalForge may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or serious or repeated policy violations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SignalForge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the prior six months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
